Amanda Dahm
Director of Programs
Amanda Dahm has spent her career working to build the systems and structures that help educators and their students thrive. Over the past fifteen years, Amanda has served as a teacher, principal, consultant, and coach, always guided by a deep belief in the power of high-quality educational experiences for all students and adults.
Amanda began her career as an elementary school teacher and principal in Minneapolis, where she founded and led KIPP Minnesota’s first elementary school. After nearly a decade in schools, she shifted her focus to systemic leadership—first as a School Improvement Consultant with Mass Insight Education and Research and then as the Senior Managing Director of Educator Fellowships at Teach For America in Detroit, where she led a statewide program to provide high-impact educators with transformative professional learning experiences. Most recently, Amanda worked as an Implementation Coach on the Next Education Workforce team at the Mary Lou Fulton College of Teaching and Innovation at Arizona State University. In this role, she worked alongside district and school leaders in Michigan and nationally to build educator team models that center deeper learning, collaboration, and distributed expertise.
In all of her work, Amanda brings a continuous improvement lens, a focus on meaningful partnership, and a belief that strong adult learning experiences are the key to student success.
