Jillian Moomaw
Success Navigator, MiEarly Apprentice
Jillian Moomaw is a dedicated higher education professional with over a decade of experience in admissions, student advising, and program management. Jillian worked for seven years in international higher education before moving into her role as the Director of TRIO – Student Support Services, serving at-risk student populations at a local community college in central Michigan. During her five years in TRIO, Jillian managed a significant program budget, oversaw staff, and created student support workshops on topics such as time management and test preparation. Jillian greatly enjoys helping students navigate the complexities of course planning, financial aid, and academic life in higher ed. As a first-generation college graduate herself, she brings personal insight and empathy to her work, advocating for equitable access and student success across diverse student populations.
In her role at MEWI as a Success Navigator for MiEarly Apprentice, Jillian looks forward to continuing her role as a student support individual, helping Michigan educators achieve their dreams of reaching higher levels of education and certification.
